When should I call or email tech support?

  • You need your id number or password now and were unsuccessful using the account lookup.
  • You created two accounts.
  • Your school is not available when creating a new account.
  • You need help taking an assessment or survey.
  • You are an administrator and you need help using any of EdTech's features.

Monday - Friday.

When contacting tech support please:

  • Attempt to use account lookup before calling about lost login information.
  • Include your name and school site in all emails.
  • Provided a detailed description of your problem.
  • If you are requesting to add a new school, please tell us if your school is private or public and the county and district (if applicable) it is located in.

When should I call or email my CTAP Region Contact?

  • You need to get administrative rights.
  • You would like to know how your site can use EdTechProfile.
  • You would like training on how to use EdTechProfile.
  • You would like more information on AB75 training and student survey support.
  • You need grant evaluation support.
